We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than a defective item. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To start a claim, contact us at info@vuiart.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit for the item’s value.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Any signs of wear, washing, or alteration will void the exchange or credit eligibility.
